Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up that derails plans, and we are happy to work with you on refunds based on the schedule below.

• Up to 4 weeks before the race, 100% refund (minus the Paypal processing fee if online payment was used)
• Up to 2 weeks before the race, 75% refund (minus the paypal processing fee if online payment was used)
• Within 2 weeks before the race, 50% refund (minus the Paypal processing fee if online payment was used)

Because we incur costs for insurance, permit fees, food, swag bags, maps printing, safety services and planning for each registered racer, we cannot provide any refund if it is within 5 days before the race.
